In 1996, we began repairing hot tubs and whirlpool bathtubs, mostly in Northern Virginia, but expanding out to many parts of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The business grew rapidly through the early 2000’s and by the time we moved our offices to our current location last year, we had accumulated almost 3,000 separate addresses in our database where we had at one time or another serviced a hot tub.

Over the years, we have been blessed with many loyal customers who have referred their friends and families, helping us to continue to grow and provide efficient, quality service to hot tub and whirlpool bathtub owners in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and parts of Stafford County. In 2005, we began offering a discount to any active duty or career retired military customers. It is our way of saying “Thanks for helping to keep us safe.”

A few years ago, in response to several customers’ request, we began offering a special drain and clean service which led rapidly to a monthly maintenance service. (Our customers loved how clean the spa looked and wanted to keep it looking that way year round) As co-owner of The Spa Doctor, Chris Pace’s work with our Platinum Service Monthly Maintenance clients as well as his finicky attention to detail on our Drain and Clean packages has been remarkable. We are proud to have him.
